Planning your wedding cake just got easier (and a little more fun!). With my DIY Wedding Cake range, I do the expert baking – you do the decorating. Perfect for couples who want a professional-quality cake as the base, but also love the idea of adding their own creative, personal touches.
Each cake is freshly baked to order. You’ll receive smooth, sharp-edged tiers ready for you to decorate with flowers, toppers, or any design that reflects your day.
How it works:
Choose your size – two or three tiers.
Pick your flavour(s) – classic vanilla and jam, lemon drizzle, or at an additional cost chocolate.
Tell me your date – I’ll bake fresh to be ready for your celebration.
Collection only from Wareham, Dorset
Decorate your way – add fresh flowers, silk blooms, or your own creative styling for a cake that’s truly yours.

DIY WEDDING CAKE - BOOKING FORM
DIY Wedding Cake Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions apply to all DIY Wedding Cake orders placed with Cake Shack Uk (“we” / “us” / “our”). By placing an order, you (“the client” / “you”) agree to these terms.
1. Ordering & Payment
A non-refundable booking fee of £100 is required to secure your date.
The balance must be paid in full no later than 4 weeks before collection.
Orders are only confirmed once the booking fee has been received.
2. Flavours and Sizes
All cakes are baked fresh to order in your chosen flavours and sizes, as stated on your invoice.
Portion guides are approximate and based on standard servings.
3. Collection & Delivery
Collection is from Cake Shack UK at a pre-arranged time.
Cakes must be transported on a flat surface such as the boot of your car. It is not to be placed on a seat, in a footwell or held by driver or passenger. It should be preferably in an air-conditioned vehicle when the weather is warm.
4. Responsibility & Liability
Once a cake has been collected from our premises, all responsibility for the cake passes to you.
We are not liable for any damage, mishandling, or deterioration that occurs after the cake leaves our property, including but not limited to:
Damage during transport.
Incorrect storage (cakes should be kept cool, away from heat/sunlight).
Decoration added by you or a third party (flowers, toppers, etc.).
If you or a third party alter the cake in any way after collection, we accept no responsibility for the outcome.
5. DIY Decoration
DIY Wedding Cakes are supplied as plain, smooth, unstacked cakes, dowelled ready for stacking and decoration.
Any decorations added (e.g. flowers, toppers, ribbon) are your responsibility.
We do not provide instruction, equipment, or liability for the decoration process.
6. Allergies & Dietary Requirements
Cakes may contain or come into contact with allergens such as nuts, gluten, dairy, and eggs.
It is your responsibility to inform us of any allergies at the time of booking.
While we take every care, we cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free product.
7. Cancellations & Refunds
Booking fees are non-refundable under all circumstances.
If you cancel less than 4 weeks before your event, the full balance remains payable.
If we need to cancel due to exceptional circumstances, all monies paid (including booking fee) will be refunded in full.
8. Complaints
Complaints must be made in writing within 24 hours of collection/delivery.
If part of the cake has been consumed, this will limit our ability to investigate.
Refunds, if agreed, will never exceed the value of the cake order.
9. Photography & Marketing
We reserve the right to photograph your cake before collection/delivery and use the images for marketing purposes (including social media, website, and printed materials).
We would love for you to tag and share your final design but there is no obligation for you to do this.
